You can contact our customer service team via email, phone, or through our contact form. Our support hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

We are an online-only retailer. We operate from a warehouse facility, but it is not open for customer visits. All purchases must be made through our website or by contacting us directly.

Yes we could bring your parts to events as long we attend ourself the same event.

We are always on the lookout for attractive new products to carry. If you have an idea for something you cannot find on our website, please send us your request by email, and we’ll check if we can source it for you.

Please note that we don’t list all the parts we sell in our webshop. Our product range is constantly growing, and not all items are added online yet. So if the item you are looking for is not listed, don’t hesitate to contact us — in most cases, we can still provide you with the product you need.

We generally do not offer installation services. However, for smaller jobs and depending on availability, we may be able to install certain parts for you.

For all other cases, we can refer you to one of our trusted partners who can handle the installation professionally.

Orders & Checkout

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order up until it has been processed. Please contact our customer service immediately if you need to make any changes.

Once an order is being prepared for shipment, or if out-of-stock parts have already been ordered, modifications are no longer possible.

There is no minimum order amount in our webshop. For orders up to €250, shipping costs will apply.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

Payments

Yes, our website uses SSL encryption to protect your payment information. We comply with PCI DSS standards and never store your complete credit card details on our servers. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways

For most payment methods, your payment will be charged immediately when you place your order. For bank transfers, your order will be processed once we receive the payment.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order. During checkout, you will see our standard shipping rate (calculated based on 10 kg) before completing your purchase.

We also offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount.

Yes, we ship our products worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. If your country is not listed in our webshop, you can place your order by email, and we will provide you with an estimated shipping cost and delivery time.

Yes, pickup is available by appointment. Select "Pickup" as your delivery method during checkout and we will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation.

If you're not home during delivery, the carrier will usually leave a note with instructions for redelivery day after or pickup at a nearby pickup point.

We only charge shipping costs once per order, based on a standard rate of 10 kg, regardless of how many products are included.

For orders above €250, shipping is free. With multiple products in one order, you will most likely reach the free shipping threshold.

Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email as soon as possible and our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued via bank transfer. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.
