Refund & Returns Policy
Overview
If the order was placed exclusively through electronic communication (online store without personal and/or telephone contact), the customer has the right to return items within fourteen days after receiving the order, without providing any reason, and without incurring any penalty or cost.
However, the customer must always contact us before returning an item. Together, we will determine the best way to return the item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your payment company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.
Shipping returns
If the return is not due to discrepancies between the ordered and delivered product, the shipping costs for returning the item will not be refunded. The shipping costs paid for your order will be refunded proportionally to the value of the returned item if the return does not concern the entire order.
If the return is due to a discrepancy between the ordered and delivered item or damage, the return shipping and re-delivery costs will be covered by us.
